The movement of the Cotocas is remarkably variegared.
Within a short span it is able to
assault structures tightly while greatly appealing it self. When the surface
not waving
by winds, making the head slightly up-and-down on the surface is a very efficient
way,
as it imitates a drowning insect at the surface. When there are rippies in
the water it is
best to make it dive sharply while grabbing bubbles for maximum results. Night
fishing
and early morning fishing regular and/or dead retrieve are also extrcmcly
compatible.
The shortest way to understand this lure is to use it as a topwater
lure.
Giving it movements slightly up-and-down at the surface layer appeals to numerous
bass.
Photos first, second and third from left show respectively a brown
trout, a northern pike,
and a grayling caught by Mr. Uchida in Finland.
Rod action : ultra light-light.
Line : 8-14lb.
Attachment/connection :
A snap or ring enables the lure to get steady actions and to move out on the
surface attractively.
